Payroll Tax Tables 2018/19 are now available in ABT Web Helpdesk.
The income tax changes announced in the 2018 Federal Budget have now been legislated. The new rates take effect for any pay processed on or after 1st July 2018.
Important: The new tax tables should not be loaded until your first pay run on or after 1st July 2018.
To update the tax tables into Pronto Xi, a System Administrator will need to:
- Install the new ‘tax-scales’ file onto the Pronto Xi server, into the $BMS/initdata directory. Alternatively, you can log a call for a consultant to install these for you. This will be charged as per the standing consulting rate.
- Payroll Officer to confirm the names of the tax tables currently in use for each of your payroll numbers.
- Load the new tax scales against the relevant payroll numbers.
