Support & Training

There when you need us, for as long as you need us

The care and support of your new system doesn’t end with installation. You’ll find your ABT integrated solution is supported by a responsive team dedicated to building an enduring client relationship by providing timely support maintenance and ongoing training.

A new system implementation can naturally be a time of apprehension. That is why we have processes to manage the successful assimilation of your system.

After ‘going live’ you will be transitioned from ABT's implementation consultant to a dedicated Account Manager. It is your Account Manager's role to maintain regular contact with you and to keep you informed of new and better ways to utilise your new system to further improve productivity and extract value from your investment.

You will also be kept up to date with ABT's scheduled software upgrades, seminars, and briefings, and have immediate access to our Help Desk services where support can be provided over the phone, on-line or via dial-up facilities, even on-site where necessary.

Maintenance

ABT deploy software applications and hardware solutions that are inherently reliable and stable.

At least annually new versions of our software applications are released. These new versions include enhancements to the program and service patches to rectify any issues in previously released versions, which we implement with a minimum of disruption to your business.

Regular maintenance ensures our clients’ systems do not become "orphans" (on old or modified code) unable to take advantage of new release features in the future.

ABT After Hours Support

Some clients, either by virtue of their normal trading patterns, or due to some specific events that arise during the year require accelerated Support Services.

Like our normal Support Service, ABT After-hours Support is designed to assist users in the solution of problems arising from user errors, software faults and also those arising from network system errors.
