The Companion Sales application is designed for sales representatives that are on the road and need to take orders and serve the customer whilst they are onsite.

Using GPRS, Wireless Internet and Bluetooth technology, the mobile application can be used either on a “store and forward” or “real-time” solution using a PDA. We load a applet on the sales persons Portable Device which facilitates all services. This solution will allow your people to capture orders at the source eliminating costly re-keying of data and getting your products to your customer faster.

The Companion Sales Application with Direct Integration to PRONTO-Xi, can turn your sales force around by giving them the information they need when they are in front or your customers.

Superfast Entry of Orders

Because orders are entered using the customer and inventory data that is stored on the device, the user is not dependent on the speed of any connections.

Using Microsoft’s .Net webservices, Companion Sales talks directly to your PRONTO-Xi server in order to obtain instant pricing and availability of inventory for the order being placed.

This means that promises made to customers while your reps are on the road are as accurate as they would be if they were talking to a staff member in your office.

Using synchronization, placing of an order back to the PRONTO-Xi server takes only a few seconds.

Commerce Vision offer fixed monthly rental of the application. Your chosen carrier offers a Pocket PC device on a plan with a fixed monthly data charge for data.
