How Does Fax/eMail Work?

Fax/eMail takes the spool files that would normally be sent to a physical printer and converts them into either faxable documents or Portable Document Format. (PDF) for emailing.

For "bulk run" spool files such as daily purchase orders or monthly statement runs, Fax/eMail divides these spool files into individual documents and send each one to the appropriate fax number or e-mail address.

Fax/eMail takes care of parceling up the document, sending it through your fax modem or e-mail server and managing the flow of these communications.

Fax/eMail is just as easy to work with as printing from PRONTO-Xi and can be configured to suit your specific business needs.
