Handset Remittance Module (HRM)

Exclusively built for the mobile industry, this module allows the calculation of rebates/ commissions due on the sale of handsets. HRM includes a reconciliation function for remittances from the mobile carrier with explanatory notes, decrementing balance reconciliation and follow-up reminders. It is “Carrier-independent” as the upload program can be modified to suite each carrier.

Master Stock Set (MSS)

For multi-franchise environments where maintenance of new stock items and kits is problematic. This module publishes a stock set from one Pronto-Xi master database. Other databases can then subscribe to the MSS and update their data from the published master.

On-the-Fly Kitting (OTFK)

Fast and efficient creation of new stock items “on-the-fly” from within the POS screen. This allows the building of the kit information for the sale of phones on plans from a dynamic set of tables.

Loan Stock Module (LSM)

Used to track loan items to customers from a single retail-style interface. Also know as Courtesy

Handset Module. When coupled with the PRONTO-Xi Repairs module this module offers complete customer service tracking capability.

Multi-franchise Stock Enquiry (MFSE)

A “birds-eye view” of individual stock items across multiple databases. This module allows visibility of “who has what” stock throughout the network. Can be restricted by security to specific databases.
