Work Order Management

PRONTO Xi Maintenance Management is fully integrated with PRONTO Xi Inventory, Purchase Orders, Project Costing Management, Manufacturing, Fixed Assets and General Ledger. This integration provides sophisticated functionality such as automatic spare parts replenishment, comprehensive stocktake management, and inventory allocation against current and future jobs.

Full cost history reporting supports informed “replace or maintain” decisions. Information relating to process performance measures like Planned vs Unplanned Work, Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule compliance and Work Order efficiency, can be readily obtained using standard reports. Preventative / Predictive Maintenance

PRONTO Xi Maintenance Management allows your maintenance schedules to be created based on attributes such as: run time, condition, statutory inspection requirements and scheduled shutdowns. Condition monitoring points can be configured to provide alerts based on known engineering limits, including the automatic generation of work orders to aid detection and analysis before a failure occurs.

Equipment Register

Details relating to equipment identification – location, manufacturer, supplier, warranty date, installation date and costs – can all be accessed from PRONTO Xi’s central Equipment Register. Budgets and actual costs incurred can be reported, queried or graphed by item per period per year for labour, materials and usage.

Equipment performance measures such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) are automatically recorded against each equipment record.
