Property management is integrated with PRONTO Xi Project Costing Management and manages the actual and forecast revenue of particular property developments.

Some of the business functions include:

Property Maintenance – Details for a property can be recorded. This includes things such as land size, property zone, lot number, council, agent, vendor and solicitor;

Units Maintenance – Sales, rental guarantee, agent commission and other unit details can be recorded;

Cash Receipting – Property management incorporates cash receipting to the property project.
