Implementation and project management and beyond
Managing the process from initial contact with you right through to implementation and support is key to ensuring we deliver on your expectations and beyond.
A dedicated Project Manager backed by a team of consultants employ methodology refined over 23 years designed to find the right solution for your business. Our process also ensures you have a clear and detailed view of every stage in the project including clearly defined performance markers.
A typical plan starts with the Project Assessment phase and will often involve a visit to your site to review any existing systems and to ascertain project needs and resources.
Following this initial scope we then employ what we call a Business Process Review & System Design stage. This is where we rigorously assess your business processes, business goals and functionality needs with you. This important stage means we can avoid the unpleasant surprises customers are often subjected to by vendors who sign contracts without evaluating the true scope of the project.
From here we will outline our proposed system solution and formulate a Project Plan to track all tasks, time lines, notes, task sequencing, resource assignments, resource management and milestones. And a comprehensive Project Reporting system keeps all stakeholders informed up to the minute so swift action can be taken to control any timing, cost or delivery slippage.
