On the 7th March 2005 Lynne King, the wife of our senior partner Mr. Reg King, died of cancer after a six year battle. During her long fight the family witnessed many other people with cancer who, unlike Lynne, lacked either the financial resources or family support networks to help them through their ordeal. Following Lynne's death the family established the Lynne King Cancer Care Foundation for the purpose of providing much needed assistance to people suffering from this far too common illness.
We at ABT have been moved by Reg and his family's motivation and determination to help as many people as funds and time allows. As a result we have become a Gold sponsor of the foundation and have been joined in this endeavour by our staff. We consider it a most worthy and much needed cause and we look forward to sharing in the joy of those people who will benefit from our involvement in the future.

The Official Launch of the Lynne King Cancer Care Foundation
On the 7th March 2009 the foundation held its official launch in the ballroom of the Epping Club. There were approximately 200 people in attendance at the formal dinner comprising individuals, representatives of community based organisations and corporate businesses.
